When choosing an agent, the main things I was after were value for money, someone who would fight for the best price and extract every dollar and someone whom I felt genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. I can honestly say Michael ticked each of these boxes from the outset to the finish line. He gave practical advice on where to spend and where to save, I felt he had genuine rapport with the buyers throughout the campaign whilst keeping me updated the entire time and I am confident he achieved the best possible price for my apartment, exceeding my expectations and achieving a record price for a one bedder in Ashfield.
