With a series of significant changes afoot, family issues evolving and serious work stress, the prospect of the work and effort required to sell a house was more than I had mental space for. I have been very difficult to get a hold of, he was patient and he was clear, concise and effective every time we had space for discussion. He was on the front foot with a number of options and when the plans changed he was able to re-work a plan without fail and always efficiently.
