Michael Prentice was the person that took on the job and managed it from start to finish ...His guidance was spot on it wasn't the easiest for him as it was outside his " area " of suburbs, but he just got to it ran the campaign found the right way to "show" the property and results were won . I gave him a brief that wasn't straightforward to achieve, that I preferred to find a purchaser rapidly in the difficult pre-Christmas period, understanding this might limit the price prospects slightly.
