I could not be happier with Michael and the experience of selling my deceased father's unit through him. I always knew it was going to be a difficult time to sell with 10 interest rate rises, high inflation and flattened prices around Sydney and in the Kogarah area. Michael and I discussed this at length and he was honest with me and did not sugar coat it. There were a few hurdles with some ongoing work to be completed at the property prior to the sale. I valued his advice on what level of preparation was required to sell. An excellent marketing campaign that Michael created, saw a record number of people through on the first inspection and a great deal of interest in the property. He was genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about our property and the industry in general, with a great knowledge of the Kogarah area and its surrounds.
