I decided to list the family home with Michael and the Raine & Horne team at Kogarah, because I wanted an agent who knew the Beverley Park area well, and who would use their expertise to market and sell the home, which had been in the family for 60 years. My decision was a good one - Michael is very attentive to both vendors and buyers, he is approachable and very experienced in residential real-estate. I first Michael a number of years ago with regards to valuations of my property. Over a period of time Michael keep me updated with the real estate market. When i decided to sell he was very real in his assessment process of my property.
