I've been really happy with Michael's support and work all through the process. I am glad I selected Raine n Horne Kogarah.

Very pleased with the result of the sale of our unit and subsequent settlement by this firm. Communicated at a very high standard at all stages during the selling period, giving advice as to the recommended direction to advertise in the market place. Pleased with all aspects in the manner in which the sale was conducted and finalized. Will certainly use this agency again in any future dealings in the area of StGeorge.

Michael is a very competent and professional agent. Michael kept me constantly updated through the entire sale process, I knew exactly what to expect. I selected Michael as my agent because Michael and his team managed my property for over 5 years to an exceptional standard.

Michael was friendly and very professional, had great communication skills and a good sense of humor. He listened to our needs and through discussions and his advice we manage to make the right decisions for a great outcome. Selling a property is a very stressful experience and Michael has shown insight into how we were feeling and he was able to make the whole process simple and smoothe. We are very happy with Michael Pyliotis and Raine & Horne in Kogarah and we highly recommend him as a real estate agent for anyone who is thinking about selling their property. We wish him well for the future.
