I am blown away by Michaels professionalism honesty and openness. His knowledge of the market and my neighbourhood and what to expect was above none. He was down to earth on valuing my property and easy improvements that could be done to increase sales value. He was honest when selling me his sales package and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and only what was directed at my market. He was absolutely spot on with everything from start to finish no frills or bows always contactable nothing was a problem and I believe because of his knowledge and professionalism my sale went through without a hitch. I have had negative experiences with real estate agents in the past selling houses and Michael was an instant breath of fresh air no arrogance very personable and a true joy to deal with. We used Redden and Hanson to sell our home in Dubbo recently (June 2017) and they were outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially), reading previous feedback on them from other sellers and how they promote their listings. Redden and Hanson stood out as the best Dubbo has to offer, their rankings against their peers are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Michael and then met with him at our home. He spent a long time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on what has happened in our area. We were concerned that our house, which is a unique design in the top end of the market, would be tough to sell. Michael made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Real Estate agents don’t, like giving us professional staging tips, having professional photographs and video taken including drone footage, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Michael walked us through every step of the closing process with a result that both the purchaser and ourselves were very happy with. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Michael and the Redden and Hanson team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
