Michael is very professional yet friendly. He keeps you up to date with what is happening with the sale of your property. He is not pushy but gets the job done diligently. Michael communicated fully form the start to finish of our property sale. The property was a difficult one to move as it had an additional dwelling in the form of a granny flat and it was a lovely lifestyle block but of no agricultural value on 10HA. To get true value a buyer had to have a need for a granny flat and enjoy a bush life style block. Michael worked hard to achieve an outcome and helped me to come to terms with the market.
