Michael & Tracey, put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and me sell our parent's family home. What I mean by quality is the family was not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when selling our parent's home. An added bonus was his contacts in the market and knowing the current market trends and the family home was sold within 7 days.
