Sound advice and persistence in a tough market

This was the second time Michael and his Fletchers team have sold a house for me in just over a year, albeit under much more difficult conditions (property was encumbered by heritage overlay, buyer confidence had been eroded by RBA rate hikes). Michael again worked hard to get the best possible outcome: he guided property preparation/styling, provided sound pricing advice, negotiated fairly but firmly with buyers, kept me informed. The house sold well after auction, but at a price I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Michael and his team at Fletchers.
