Good experience for first time seller

As a first time seller, Michael was able to direct the sales campaign while keeping me informed and explaining the sale process to me in as far as he could. I found Michael and his team easy to communicate with and pleasingly lacking in BS. Michael came through with what he said he would, so I'd have no problem recommending him as an agent.
