Sadly, the original agent we engaged in April 2026 was unable to generate any interest or acceptable offers for our home. We decided to, and engaged Michael and his team to take over the listing on Friday 11th September. In less that 24 hours Michael and Brooke were at our home on Saturday 12th to complete the Open Home that had previously been organised. The need to sell our home was the result of an extremely difficult and overwhelming two years. Michel showed us both compassion and understanding around the circumstances.
