Our expectations were high and we expected Michael to deliver from day one. My family have an accounting and a transactional property background - we were not easy vendors! The property has been with the family for circa 45 years and so we were not in a hurry to sell or interested in low ball or tyre kickers. Michael worked through a solid depth of inquiry and then focused on the genuine interested parties. Weekly reporting was important to my family because some lived out of State.
