I met Michael when I was making enquiry to put the unit on the market for sale. I find he is well informed, knowledgeable of the current property market, especially under the current pandemic. Michael work hard to satisfy the many questions ask during the open inspections by potential buyers. 2 planned open inspection was impacted due current lockdown in Melbourne. Michael managed to negotiate a good sale price late into the night between 2 interested buyers. The property was sold to the best offer.

I met Michael initially at the house opening. A young agent who seemed enthusiastic. The next meeting was at the house auction. As the house was passed in, and auctioneer had to leave for next auction , Michael was left to negotiate between purchasers and vendors. He was very professional and showed integrity. Courteous and calm throughout the negotiations. His negotiation skills were very good. However, as purchasers and vendors were in different rooms, we did not have that transparency to witness responses of the purchasers. We relied on Michael to relay each negotiable outcome honestly. He was the go between. He performed very well all considered.
