I appointed Michael to sell my investment unit after another agent failed to do so 2 years ago. He was a refreshing change to deal with - he was committed to the sale, understanding and professional in his approach. Michael was also upfront with expectations and when they had varied during the sale process and provided the opportunity to consider the direction to take.
