Michael did a very good job of selling our home. A couple of minor things prevented a perfect score.

We found Michael great to deal with. At all times he kept us up to-date with things which we appreciated. In fact he emailed us while we were overseas just to confirm that the sale had gone unconditional. Michael was very thorough, polite and respectful of our wishes. The final result was that Michael achieved $45k more than we had set as an acceptable sale price. So we were very happy with Michael, and the way that he went about selling our family home !
