Michael sold my one-bedroom unit in Belmore, NSW. I found him very trustworthy and a great communicator. We were worried about the market heading downwards, and he was clear about the fact that it might be tough. However, he worked hard and managed to sell the unit for what I feel is a good price, given the market is not great. In the end, it didn't actually take too long to sell the unit. I think it sold in around three weeks. I would definitely recommend Michael Sabongi as an agent if you want to sell your property.
