Michael came to my door, (as many other agent have) and promised to sell my house for the best price, also offering buyers who were interested in my type of property. I have to be honest when I say I've heard this all before. I heard Michael out, and felt like he had an honest, no fuss approach. He offered to bring a few buyers to which I was a skeptic too as most agents offer to bring buyers through .. IF you sign up with them, Michael was different as he was ok with not signing up straight away as a way of showing that he was true to his word. We had a few buyers through and had a letter of intent to purchase, at the same time we decided that we would sign up and at no cost to us he wanted to bring a few others through and get a S.32 done also at no upfront cost. Long story short Michael worked very hard, and with no guarantee of getting a sale, kept pushing which eventually ended up with my property selling for above market price on time and left us felling very satisfied and happy with Michael's hard work.
