Mike worked very hard to find my partner and I a property. He was knowledgeable, professional and provided us with ongoing support throughout the process. If it weren’t for him, we wouldn’t have found our dream home. He showed us a bunch of properties and was always pleasant and open to our brief. He never made us feel uncomfortable If we were nit-picky, and never pushed us to up our budget, or settle for anything less than what we wanted. It almost felt like we hired him personally, given how much work he put in to supporting us. Even after we put an offer in, he was there every step of the way & helping us navigate the ins-and-outs of the daunting stuff during cooling off period and settlement. Michael showed us only two properties after we carefully laid out our criteria. We appreciated he didn't cart us around several other properties to impress other vendors, as some agents do, but stuck to what we wanted. He negotiated on our behalf appropriately - didn't push or use bullshit to prompt us into making an unrealistic offer; then acted wisely as a mediator after a better offer fell apart through their lack of financing.
