Willing to go the extra mile, which is helpful for sellers and must be appreciated by buyers. Our house was initially listed with another (high profile) agent in Wilston who didn't even turn up to our first (most important) open home. She left the supervision of the open home to an office junior and no none for the sales role. After 4 weeks of frustration with our first agent we changed to Michael based on other sales he had achieved, and voila he sold our house. I wish we had found him first.
