Michael was very helpful and keen to help us out. He gave us his honesst and unbiassed opinion on what the house was worth and he laid out how they would go about selling it. He got us a really good price, better than we expected but warned us all along the way that it may fall over as these deals sometimes do. He gave us feedback on reports submitted so we could act on them as necessary. Michael covered all bases and gave us a second option if the deal fell over. In the end everything came together and we got a great deal. I was impressed by Michaels attitude and demeanour. He made the whole experience of selling the house a pleasant one
