Michael did a great job selling my property, he actually found the buyer at the first open house. Michael kept me informed the whole way through the selling process, even better than my own solicitor did! His team had managed my investment for years so I was more than happy to use Michael for the sale.

Although Michael had to act on behalf of the seller, my wife and I were impressed as he negotiated the line between seller and purchaser. Ours was a difficult purchase to arrange because we were living several hundred kilometres away and we were dependent on the sale of our residence in order to purchase in Wollongong the property he offered which fitted precisely the several specific requirements of a couple near ninety. Although we employed a local solicitor, we relied largely on Michael for action. This helped us to keep to our involved schedule and saved us a lot of worry. In short we trusted him.
