Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He and his colleagues were very accommodating about inspections etc... This was important as we were purchasing from out of town. Michael also communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. He was responsive to inquiries and was also happy to provide information about local contractors, inspection providers etc...
