Michael is a true professional in the real estate industry. I spoke to Michael about selling my home, he looked at it and gave me a price between A & B. He told me he may have some people interested, and suggested I try and sell the property off market first. Therefore no money outlay for advertising. I agreed and in 2 weeks my house was sold for B.
