In an extremely difficult market Michael got the job done. Throughout the whole campaign I don't think i ever had doubts that he wouldn't. Exerting confidence in a declining market is essential, showing positivity towards potential buyers is critical. We all think our houses are worth more than what they are because of the personal connection, Michael's job was to sell our experiences along with the house to boost the worth to others. He did this very well. He was timely for every open and timely in responding with feedback each Monday. My previous experiences with agents left a bad taste in my mouth but Michael was honest and upfront with the initial value of the property and managed to get close to the mark when it counted. I could not have been more happier with his efforts and professionalism. The market will pay what it sees fit, an agents job is purely to promote the property as best he can. In saying that I would strongly refer Michael Sleiman to anyone wishing to consider selling and in this market he is the best there is.
