Michael's assistance went above and beyond - attracting a buyer was difficult enough in the midst of Covid19 - Michael was persistant and dilligent, and followed up on every sales lead. The buyer dragged out finance and settlement, again Michael went to bat for me following up with their finance broker (which wasn't his responsiblity), and reminding the buyers that I had the right to insist on penalty interest payments when the buyers threatened a fourth extension of the settlement process. Selling a house, in this market at least, is challenging, but having an agent who understands your personal circumstances and is actually working for you, and who actually earns their agency fee makes the process so much less stressful.
