My partner and I left Sydney at 5am in our cars which were both loaded up to capacity with personal items and our pets . We were meeting our removalist , which was a extremely large truck filled with our furnishings from our home in Sydney and weekender on the central coast at our new property in tweed heads at 4pm . The trip went according to plan , we were both very tired and as we all know moving is very stressful, but we arrived on time to meet the removalist and Michael smith the real estate agent . We were very excited as Michael the real estate agent opened the front door but our excitement soon turned to frustration as there had not been a pre sale inspection . The previous owners had left the house dirty and full of old furniture, there were large picture frames on every wall a very large rug on the lounge room floor old outdoor furniture everywhere old paving tiles roofing tiles , then I asked him to open the 4 garage doors which were worse than the house , old cupboards filled with junk , things attached to the walls old metal storage cupboards old tools left everywhere it was a nightmare which added a lot of time to the move as we had to remove all there leftover junk before our removalist could unload the truck and begin moving our furniture into our new home . Worst agent worst experience in my 60yrs of living in NSW .
