I feel Michael did a good job on the selling of my property although things were a bit slow in the market initially. However when the bids came Michael was proactive and pulled the deal together very quickly. Michael is new to real estate, but I feel if he continues to demonstrate an honest approach to his clients, like he has with his dealing with myself, his client lists should grow.
