We were have trouble selling our place with several agents. Each wanting to talk us down for a quick sale. Michael listened to us, to what we wanted and put a strategy in place that would achieve a fair result for us. He (and his team who were fantastic also) vetted “tyre kickers” and didn’t waste our time with clients who would just make up the numbers to make him “look good”. He took particular attention to our previous agents photography and encouraged us to get new ones with his photographer - which we did and they were a quantum improvement. Michael worked closely with us and, I can only presume, with the people who bought our house. We achieved a suburb record which was far above where other agents were pitching our place. In all dealings with Michael and his team I can honestly say he/they are the best I have dealt with…….ever. I have met many people who are reluctant to sell properties - often because the process and trust afforded to real estate agents leaves a lot to be desired. I had no issues dealing with Michael and his team and the whole process went smoothly……….and as such I would very highly recommend he and his team. My only regret in the whole process is we didn’t list with him in the first place.

My wife and I had been considering selling our home for some time and were aware of Michael from his letter box drops and presence on RealEstate.com. We first met him in person at an open house about 18 months before we sold and it was obvious that he knew the Greenwoods Estate very well. We were not ready to sell at that time and although Michael said he would love to sell our home, we were not pressured with unwanted contact afterwards. However, he always returned our calls promptly and gave what we would consider honest unbiased advice on the market. When it came time to sell, we interviewed several agents but, given our previous interaction with Michael, we felt most comfortable to use him as our agent. We did not want to hold open home inspections, as we had concerns about the number of people who would potentially be walking through our home at once. Michael managed to find the middle ground for us by taking through groups of two or three couples at a time. This gave us peace of mind from a security perspective, while allowing him to do his job of generating competition among potential buyers. Michael attended every inspection in person, despite being on crutches as the result of a recent sporting injury. After each inspection, Michael would contact us to provide an update on buyer interest. His observations of potential buyers was insightful, with the eventual buyers being predicted quite early in the process. We were uncertain what our home would sell for, but after six days we had a contract which exceeded our base price by several hundred thousand dollars. I have no doubt that the sale price resulted in no small part from Michael's 'upward management' of buyer expectations. From the initial informal contact to the settlement of our sale, we cannot fault Michael and his staff at Innov8 Property.

Michael Spillane and his team were fantastic in selling our home in a relatively short amount of time for an above anticipated price that we were thrilled with. But what I believe truly stands Michael apart from his competition is his deep knowledge and understanding of the local market, being transparent, having incredible negotiating skills and generally being a person that listens and goes the extra mile for his client. I wouldn't consider selling my home through any other agent and couldn't recommend Michael Spillane more highly.

Possessed the necessary skill set to handle property sale and was ably supported by his “team”. Initial Expectations weren’t met and it was difficult to place a reason for it. It could have been for a multiple of reasons and it would be unfair to apportion any of these reasons directly on the agent. All up we were satisfied with the outcome given our circumstances.

Michael used his expertise market knowledge to educate us on the best strategies to sell our acreage. With not many acreages on tge market at the time, he discussed his strategies with us and explained why he thought they'd be our best option. But the final decision was ours, there was no pressure from him. Michael remained professional at all times, helping us with difficult prospective buyers while ensuring our tenant was treated with the utmost respect around open homes. Michael and his team went above and beyond during a difficult time for us with a medical diagnosis. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
