While they were obviously representing the sellers, they didn’t lose focus on our needs and requirements as buyers and made the process as smooth as possible by helping to navigate between us and the sellers, for example for ‘measuring visits’. We sold hour house through the Michael Spillane team. Overall we have nothing but praise for the team, and the process went very smooth. Tina did an amazing job in bringing out the highlights of our house by making small changes and adding little decorations - who knew what a difference a throw can make! They were able to target the right buyers and managed the open houses and everything else that comes with that for us, while always keeping us in the loop. For example, after every open house we got an immediate phone call with a summary of the potential buyers that had visited and their interest.
