Michael and his team were very professional from the moment they first entered our house. Our process started about 6 months before we were ready to sell as our house required a lot of renovation. Michael was able to give us real advice on what changes would get us the best result on the day. Once our house was ready for sale Michael put us into contact with a good cleaner and a company to stage our house. The photos produced were of excellent quality. The buyer proved to be very difficult but through excellent negotiation skills of Michael the buyer came to the party and we achieved our asking price. Once everything had finished I felt Michael and his team provided excellent value for money and I had no problem paying their well earned commission.
