Michael and his team appraised our home what we considered fair, unlike others. Their marketing was ahead of their competitors, his team worked extremely well together having three staff at most Open Homes and feedback, good or bad was same day on every occasion. Michael never brought to us ridiculous offers as requested and although it was on the market for some time, he never at any stage pushed us to renegotiate price or settlement terms. Negotiation at the end was easy, Michael kept us informed throughout and we did achieve our expected price. We have just sold our apartment in Kawana Island 12 months later and wished we had found an agent equal to his professional style.
