We really must thank Innov8 Property for the fabulous work selling our home. All started with a phone call to Michael who then arranged a meeting to discuss his thoughts on when to go to market. At the meeting we met Tina one of the team. Tina was awesome preparing our home for Darren to take the photos, in the process Tina moved some of our furniture which I actually wondered why we hadn’t arranged it that way; Tina has a great eye for what’s required. Later that week the add went up and on that same day Tina said she had someone wanted to view and by the evening it had sold!!
