Honest, knowledgeable, personable, an excellent communicator and a good listener.

We were have trouble selling our place with several agents. Each wanting to talk us down for a quick sale. Michael listened to us, to what we wanted and put a strategy in place that would achieve a fair result for us. He (and his team who were fantastic also) vetted “tyre kickers” and didn’t waste our time with clients who would just make up the numbers to make him “look good”. He took particular attention to our previous agents photography and encouraged us to get new ones with his photographer - which we did and they were a quantum improvement. Michael worked closely with us and, I can only presume, with the people who bought our house. We achieved a suburb record which was far above where other agents were pitching our place. In all dealings with Michael and his team I can honestly say he/they are the best I have dealt with…….ever. I have met many people who are reluctant to sell properties - often because the process and trust afforded to real estate agents leaves a lot to be desired. I had no issues dealing with Michael and his team and the whole process went smoothly……….and as such I would very highly recommend he and his team. My only regret in the whole process is we didn’t list with him in the first place.
