Over the last 50 years, Jill & I have directly dealt with estate agents negotiating 12 residential & 3 industrial properties. We have had indirect knowledge & experience with many more. So over that period, sadly we’ve formed a very sceptical view of the ‘so called’ professionals operating in that industry. What a refreshing change it was for us, when we met both Michael & Tina, heading up the sale of our Cashmere property. The words that would characterise our experience with them would be… honest, friendly, dependable, predictable, professional, consistent, communicative, proactive. The industry could learn a lot from these professionals.
