Although initial projections on what our house would be worth proved optimistic (to be fair other agents gave us the optimistic projections too) based on data analysis, Michael and his partner Peter Chant never stopped chasing the right buyer which they ultimately found. Their communication right through the process was first class. If they said we would get feedback we got it. They touched base with us regularly whether there was someone to inspect our house or not. Probably the only reason I didn't give 5 starts for market knowledge was the optimistic initial projection of what we would achieve but as I said other agents told us the same. Michael was very up front with us about how the sale process was going and didn't try to gloss over any negative aspects about our house potential buyers may have pointed out. I would recommend him as a fair, knowledgeable and credible agent.
