It disappoints us deeply as we did our very best for you and worked very hard to get this buyer to settle, not ONLY did we achieve you $10,000 more then you requested, you did zero marketing, we gave you access to our EXCLUSIVE Hot Buyers off the back of the last record sale in the complex, allowed you to be off market and you only paid us below market rate commission. In exchange you delayed the vacate dates, tried to hold back commission by blaming your solicitor and handed over a dirty unit that delayed the pre-settlement inspections for the buyer which was their first time and now they blame us for the challenges and we did not even manage your property. If we could give you a customer rating it would be less then a 1.
