Michael has been brilliant to work with. We actually bought our property through Michael and when we decided to sell we knew that we wanted to go through him. His knowledge and experience as a real estate agent is very high, so when selling you know that you are in good hands. He spent so much time with us in getting ready to sell and there was always constant communication with how things were going and when selling, that is really what you need. He was able to bring in some people who he thought would be a good fit for the property, and we managed to sell that way. We wanted to sell this property honestly and fairly and Michael helped us do this. We are happy he found people for us for which this property suited. Selling a property is hard, and often real estate agents don't have the best reputation within society. Michael is not like that, he is absolutely great to work with. If you are selling I highly recommend to go with Michael.
