We met Michael when we went to view a property in Army Road (to see what you get for over $1,400,000). Unfortunately we never found out as Michael and Brenda had already sold it. We then invited Michael to appraise our property. We were very impressed when Michael came up with the exact price we thought our property was worth. $1,200,000 - $1,300,000. So, we signed up there and then. We were advised that unique properties such as ours often take longer to sell, even up to 6 months. Over the following 3 months we had a couple of offers that were simply too low, and therefore were rejected. It must be noted that Michael and Brenda's professionalism and enthusiasm for a successful outcome didn't falter once during this time. Communication was good and we were never left wondering what was going on.
