We were extremely happy with Michael Studd from O'Brien real estate and his assistant Brenda. Our home actually sold twice, the first time the purchasers cooled off and the second time it sold for more! He kept us up to date at all times and had fantastic market knowledge. Michael even assisted us after the sale and negotiated the purchase price on our new home. What agent does that?! We can definately recommend Michael and Brenda who were friendly, enthusiastic and most importantly understood our needs.
