My wife and I were first-home buyers so we didn't have firsthand experience of buying a house in Australia. We relied heavily on Michael's guidance and in-depth knowledge about the market and the Campbelltown/Minto area, and most importantly the entire process - from inspection to settlement. On the day we inspected the house, Michael was the one who called us first and reminded us about the schedule. We were late, but he waited for us and happily ushered us into the house. On the day we were about to sign the contract, we found out that we didn't have enough money in the bank to purchase the house; Michael advised us to find a broker and, since we don't know one, he introduced us to a broker who could resolve our problem. And he didn't fail us! The broker was brilliant! Honestly, we were hesitant at first to ask him of questions, help, etc. as based on experience in Philippines, agents solely care for the benefit of sellers, not the buyers. We were proven wrong by Michael as he took care of us going beyond his limits and maintaining the engagement and relationship between us and the house owners, which was very important for us since we were always worried and a bit adamant given that it was our first time buying a house. The trust we gave Michael was never wasted and we are so happy that he was our agent. I would love him to be our agent again in the future and we couldn't thank him enough for helping us get our first-ever very beautiful house in Minto, NSW.

Michael was so so helpful the whole way through the process of buying our home .
