It was a pleasure to deal with Michael as his communication was excellent and he never failed to give us feedback regarding Open House Inspections. He has great knowledge of the area and was very professional in advising us regarding pricing in a difficult market.
We have dealt with a number of agents in the past and somehow Michael is different. He works hard, very hard for his clients. He is honest and most of all he always returns our call. Agents tend to call you back less often once they get you on their books. However Michael always wants to make sure you are okay and that if you need him, he will be there. The communication is just as strong when you sign up…to even while it’s up for sale and even sold. It’s a tough time for some vendors at the moment and no doubt it must rub off on the agents but you would never see that with Michael. You always feel you are the only vendor and that nothing is hard for him to do in order to make you feel better. We really wish him well.
