Michael Theo changed our perception of real estate agents...in a very positive way. Michael is like the energiser bunny, full of enthusiasm, energy and ideas. He really knows his market well and kept us informed of any properties that were similar to ours on the market. He always kept his word, showed up early to any meetings or open homes, kept us informed after all open homes or any offers or enquiries from interested parties. He proved that we could trust him to be on our side during negotations, and even when we were close to going unconditional, Michael kept interest in our propoerty high and was chasing futher offers ('just in case'). Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
