Listing Agent
Michael is a great communicator and was prepared to spend as much time as we needed and more to make sure that we thoroughly understood the process at each stage from selecting him as the listing agent to post sale discussions. Early in the process he did promise to provide a Chinese speaking person from their office to assist at the Auction however this did not eventuate due to the large number of auction their office had on that day. From when we listed to the day of the action the Real Estate market had started to cool and Michael did his utmost to softly but surely make us aware of this that we did not expect a "Bull Market" on the day of the auction. A great effort Michael.
