Outstanding service from the initial phone call, right through to slapping that SOLD sign on the advertising board! Being overseas during the bulk of the campaign, I was sceptical in that the communication of the campaign progress would be non-existent.....but not with Michael! Business kept flowing beautifully and curly requests were being actioned in my absence via phone/email and without hesitation. Michael took the time to meet with me and go through the whole process days before the auction, and this settled my nerves which at this point was sitting on a high worrying level. The day of the auction couldn’t have gone smoother. I felt so supported by Michael and his fellow colleagues and they made me feel so comfortable and assisted me in making that final well-informed decision!
