We were happy with Michael with the fact he was more then happy to meet us at the property when we needed him to ( the first time being out of work hours) Other than that there was a little bit of a lack of communication throughout the the process and he came across awkward at times, understandable being his first sale which we found out on settlement. We personally feel like it may have not being that way if he had a sales partner helping/guiding him throughout the process. We were also disappointed on settlement day that no one met us at the property to hand keys over and show us which key works with which lock we were asked to pick them up from the office and our congratulation/sale gift was extremely disappointing especially when it was our very first home and the start of a new chapter in our lives. We decided to buy through Page and Pearce because we had looked at another property with another agent and we’re empresses with the service, as we weren’t having much luck with other realestate agents due to the market at present, it’s just unfortunate that when it came to the the communication and settlement it was disappointing.

Michael helped us buy our new property and made it feel like he had both ours and the sellers best interests at heart, He was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to all of our questions. We had multiple trade persons require access to the property for inspections and quotes at times that suited them, Michael was accommodating to all the times we requested without question. Highly recommend and would happily use Michael as our agent in the future.
