The search for the “right” house began several months before the purchase of this beautiful home in Armstrong. We came across many Agents over the time, none of which are located in or around the Armstrong Creek area, unlike Armstrong Real Estate who have been selling land/properties in this area since day one of the release! This was an important factor for us, but not a priority. The main thing that had us choose Armstrong Real Estate, was solely down to our Agent ~ Michael Tricarico. This guy! Seriously, if you’re looking for a house around this area, and you haven’t caught up with Michael, you’re doing yourself an injustice. Some of the things that Michael was absolutely fantastic with for example... after the very first open house we met Michael, he was absolutely nothing but attentive to every thing that we were looking for in what was my mother’s FIRST purchase of her own house at the age of 65! Michael was so patient with us, with every request. He’s also not the agent that will badger you to make an offer on something that he can see you don’t like. Genuinely works with your needs/wants to help find the perfect fit. Michael had kept us informed over months of new properties that may suit, without the constant calling & pressure to purchase you can get elsewhere! We couldn’t recommend or genuinely thank Michael Tricarico enough for just how awesome he was from the very first inspection all the way through to the settlement of Mum’s first house, which was a very stressful time for her, but Michael was the one who made it all seamless & stress free. From the moment I met Michael and the sales team I was impressed with their professional and 'can do' attitude in trying to find me a house to purchase. Within a number of days Michael had arranged a large number of houses I could inspect after work one evening, to which we went from site to site - all with minimal notice and also it should be noted as a credit to the vendors. From this one evening of private viewings I identified a house and started a process of negotiation. Michael was transparent and timely in his communication which ultimately saw the house sell at a mutually agreeable sales price to me the purchaser and the vendor. Michael also negotiated the private sale of the premises fridge and kept in contact during the settlement period - arranging a licence for me to shift in prior to settlement. As first home buyers, never having purchased in AU and not knowing the process, we were nervous about purchasing a home. Michael has a very pleasant demeanour and was happy to answer our (many) questions and recommend services. I appreciated that he was flexible and worked around our schedule, which meant we could sign our offer documents after COB. Michael responds promptly to emails/calls/texts. It was a short settlement but none the less working with Michael made us feel at ease as he guided us through the purchasing process. Overall, the staff at Armstrong Real Estate are friendly and are able to provide pleasant and helpful service. They have great knowledge of the area and market. I encourage potiential purchasers to pop into their office (or call) as the staff and friendly, they have many properties available and are able to help you find a home that suits your requirements.
