The best of the best
As a resident of Haberfield for many decades, I have watched Michael Tringali successfully sell the most luxurious as well as the most difficult houses, consistently achieving prices above the public perception of their value. As such, when it was time to sell our own house, he was our 'go to' agent. Working with Michael gave us insights as to why he is the stand-out agent in our area, as follows:
1. He has a wealth of experience second to none. He knows almost every house in the suburb well, and he knows most of the buyers well also.
2. He has a vast repertoire of strategies to draw on for every possible situation, in order to achieve the best possible price, and is always honest and straight-talking.
3. Unlike other agents, he tells you honestly what price the house can achieve, rather than inflating the value of the property at the outset in order to secure the sale contract.
4. He was constantly in touch during the campaign, both with the vendor and potential purchasers, so that by auction day there were no surprises.
5. In our case, we were told that there was only one bidder, but that in such a case there are a multitude of strategies to get the house over the line at the right price, at the auction. Which is exactly what happened.
6. We were personally visited twice in the week leading up to the auction, to discuss strategies, use of vendor bid etc. He was always positive, and supremely confident.
7. The auction itself held no surprises. With only one bidder, Michael's incredible negotiating skills shone brightly, and we knew we were in safe hands. After much to-ing and fro-ing between the auction floor and back- stage, he was able to achieve the highest price that we had hoped for, under the hammer.
