Trustworthy and transparent are not terms often used to describe real estate agents however Michael and his team at McGrath are exactly that. My wife and I were able to secure an off market opportunity due to the extensive relationships and networks that Michael has established over working the inner west real estate scene for decades. Both Michael and Dominique were professional and honest throughout negotiations and cannot be faulted. If you’re looking at buying or selling in the inner west look no further than Mr Haberfield!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Michael expertly guided me through the market, patiently supported me as we explored countless options, and was with me every step of the way right up to a successful sale at auction. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional!

Michael has the knowledge and experience to get the best results for those looking to sell, all with compassion and understanding. He and his team were a pleasure to engage with, keeping us well informed and updated through the process. We would rate him 10/10 if we could. Michael is a true professional who knows his business. Highly recommended. Thank you, Michael and your team.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Tringali when purchasing my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is an expert in the market and made the entire process easy and smooth, answering all my questions with patience and clarity, offering valuable insights without ever being pushy. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional agent, I can highly recommend Michael.

Michael has a very strong understanding of the Haberfield market. We have bought and sold 3 houses in Haberfield and have used Michael every time. Michael was fully engaged throughout the process. We would and have recommended Michael to other sellers.

Michael was approachable and transparent throughout the entire process. He really is the Haberfield expert. He was responsive and accessible even after we exchanged on our purchase. Very happy with the outcome!

Michael and his team's professionalism were consistent. They were always on time for appointments and provided reliable advice. We trusted Michael because of his excellent reputation in the real estate business, and he did not disappoint. His reliability and expertise ensured a smooth home-buying process, and we’re beyond grateful for his help.

A pleasure to collaborate with Mr Haberfield on the purchase of an incredible home. Michael was professional and communicative from start to finish. And although the vendors interests were obviously his priority, he still remained transparent and accomodating to the buyers. Grazie mille, Michael Tringali!

If we could give a 6-star rating we would. Our home sold at auction recently. Michael and his team were absolutely outstanding. Michael guided us every step of the way - his knowledge of the Haberfield market is next to none. Michael, Dominique and Jodi made the sale process as smooth as possible and we are so grateful to have had such an outstanding team to partner with. It made such a difference to our family. We would certainly engage Michael again - to buy or sell. Thank you Michael, Dominique and Jodi! With sincere thanks Paul and Lisa

Both Lucy and I were reluctant about going to the market again, but Michael made everything so much easier! He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. With his network of local buyers, he helped us get a great off-market deal. His expertise and proactive attitude not only saved us time but also led to a result that we were happy with.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael to sell our home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and helped us navigate every step of the selling process with ease. Michael took the time to listen to our needs and provided valuable insights throughout. He was always available to answer questions and kept us updated, which made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Thanks to Michael’s hard work, expertise and commitment we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. He went above and beyond!!!

Good communication leading up to the auction, setting realistic auction guides and helpful in answering questions regarding the property that we have. Always willing to take his time to answer questions and we don’t feel like he is in a rush to end the conversation even though you know Michael is a busy and popular real estate agent.
