This guy went above and beyond. More than any agent I've ever dealt with. Throughout the purchasing process, he was in constant contact with offers of help, and suggestions. The previous owner wasn't going to fork out extra to have the spa cleaned. He, on his day off, came and emptied the spa, by hand, by himself, and scrubbed it clean. There was no need for him to do that and we were so impressed we would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent. Cant say enough positive things about this man.
