Our experience with Michael is pretty average as it was all about sale and seller is his client. We have ran into allot of problems but instead of helping Michael showed the door to contact builder or whosoever ourselves. We had tons of problem connecting to utilities, the other day we wanted to use dishwasher so the dishwasher is only put in place but not installed! Michael will give you nil after sale service which probably you can’t expect from many agents. It was all about the sale but nil support after that. So people do your homework when you are buying with him especially. Check everything is working and things that are installed are actually installed and are in working order. I had cleaning clause in contract however place was handed dusty and not clean.

Overall a pretty smooth sale process with Michael with an excellent sales figure achieved. Michael's negotiation skills being rated slightly lower was based on the number of offers presented to me vs the number of people run through my place in an attempt to be objective.

Michael made a seemingly tedious process very simply. He explained everything in detail and was always very approachable and helpful. Would not hesitate to engage him again or to recommend him to family and friends.

Michael seemed like your average real estate agent. Hard to really know as he is working for the seller. Some of his talk seemed a bit odd, as if he was personally connected to the seller. Did not get the sold sign up and unavailable for hand over...just collect keys from office!
